All orders will ship in 3-5 business days, not including holidays or weekends, unless specified otherwise. Personalized items, such as floral letters, and pre-order items are made to order so please be sure to check item details for estimated creation times.
All items are packaged with intentional care but in the unexpected event that an item is damaged during transit, please send an email to email@example.com so the situation may be rectified as soon as possible.
All orders will be mailed through USPS. Shipment notification emails, which include tracking numbers, are automatically sent when orders are mailed.
USPS First Class International Mail includes tracking but does not provide estimated delivery dates or times when departing the US. Additionally, please be aware that buyers are responsible for any taxes, customs fees or other amounts levied by destination countries. These fees and taxes are not included in the shipping cost reflected when placing an order. At this time, refunds for international shipments that are lost in transit are unavailable.
