Returns & Exchanges
All return requests must be received within 14 days of package delivery.
For agreed upon returns, payment will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs, provided the item is returned in good condition and in the original packaging. All returned items must be shipped within 21 days of receiving the original order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer as is the responsibility for lost and/or damaged packages.
Due to the nature of custom or personalized items, such as floral letters, unless the order arrives damaged or defective, returns will not be accepted.
Exchanges are not currently accepted but please send immediate notification if there are any issues with your shipment.
Cancellation requests for non-personalized or custom orders may be accepted but need to be received prior to the shipment of the order.
